Chefs Dinner with Ketel One Botanical Vodka

Just in time for summer!  Join us on Saturday evening June 22nd for passed appetizers followed by a 3-course Chef's Dinner prepared by our very own Chef Jody Adams!  Each course will be paired with a refreshing summery sip featuring the unique flavors of Ketel One Botanical Vodka!

- Vodka Doused Frozen Watermelon + Feta

- Tuna TarTar Bites

FIRST COURSE:

- Arangota e Vongole featuring pappardelle, fresh tomatoes, Ketel One Grapefruit + Rose Vodka, Lobster, and Clams

Paired with: 'Balanced Breakfast" featuring Grapefruit + Rose Ketel One Botanical Vodka


SECOND COURSE:

- Seared Duck Breast featuring vodka macerated roasted peaches, farm greens, and toasted almond

Paired with: 'The Dabbling Duck" featuring Peach + Orange Blossom Ketel One Botanical Vodka


THIRD COURSE:

- Classic Tiramisu
